Welcome to Spring Ring!

Spring Ring is an adult spring ringette league based in Edmonton, Alberta, and its surrounding areas. Our league launched its inaugural season in 2024, running from April to June with approximately 200 players across 10 teams and a sublist. In 2025, our league grew to welcome 12 teams and incorporate tiering to create more balanced matchups for our participants. Founded by three Open-level players with a passion for extending the fun and fitness of ringette beyond the traditional season, Spring Ring is all about keeping the game going for adults. Whether you’re returning or joining us for the first time, we’re thrilled to have you on board to keep the fun and competition of Open ringette alive beyond the regular season!
